Returns and Exchange Policies
Our return policy is 14 days. If after 14 days you are not satisfied with your purchase unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Vintage Clothing and Wares and all used or pre-loved items are exempt from return. These items are rare and/or collectible and hence may not be returned. Please ask as many questions as you need to about a vintage item before purchasing just to be certain as there are no exceptions.
All print on demand items that are marked as Apparel Pop are subject to the following return policy:
ApparelPop! will accept returns only on items that do not meet the requirements of the purchase order:
• ApparelPop! will refund for products that are different from that specified in the original order.
• ApparelPop! will refund if the item has a printed or material flaw; picture documentation is required from the end customer.
• ApparelPop! will not accept returns when a customer does not like the print, the size or the color of the garment.
• Note: ApparelPop! does not guarantee blank garment “color-matching”.
• ApparelPop! will not accept returns for damages incurred during shipping. Please contact the respective carrier to file a damage claim.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer of the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is granted then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only grant exchanges for items that are in original condition, with tags. If you'd like to make an exchange please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All returns and exchanges will be shipped back to us at your expense. We cannot refund shipping costs.
